We are proud to host a truly global network of coffee farmers, with students in every coffee-producing country.

Transforming Communities for Market Success

From forest coffee communities in Ethiopia to unorganized farmers in El Salvador and cooperatives in Timor-Leste, Vuna has consistently built expertise and provided coaching to project beneficiaries, equipping them with the tools and resources needed to become “market ready” and establish strong working relationships with key commercial actors.

Here are some examples of our impact:

  • Provided education on green coffee trading fundamentals, marketing and branding, gender equity and inclusion, and price fixing.

  • Trained management teams and cooperative leaders in leadership and management skills.

  • Launched digital marketing campaigns, including live webinars, to promote projects and secure key commercial partnerships in international premium markets.

  • Supported the attainment of Fairtrade certification to help secure better prices.
